JUST TAPPED!  PREACHING PETER - Pale Ale  Brewed in appreciation of all that Fr. Peter has done for Villanova University as The Prez and The Builder and for St Thomas of Villanova Parish as, of course, “The Preacher”.  5.9% ABV  40 IBU's 

BOURBON BARREL AGED PUMPKIN DUBBEL 6.8% ABV 22 IBU’S

DOSIS STOLZ FESTBIER- Pride of the Deutschland. This OKTOBERFEST was brewed in the classic Marzen style. A malty, amber lager of the old world tradition. Six different German malts, German noble hops and, of course, fermented with Bavarian yeast.  6.1% ABV 

CLOUD BURST- A hazy NEIPA with a burst of berry medley. The Mosaic and Centennial hops offer mango, stone fruit, citrus and floral notes. Followed by a slight pine and herbal background from the Summit double dry hop additions. 6.6% ABV 13.4 IBUs

PINEAPPLE CLOUD BURST – Small Batch, fruit additions  

HATH NO FURY – Helles Lager   A traditional German Pale Lager. Brewed with German Noble Hops, Five different German malts and fermented with Bavarian yeast.  27.7 IBUS’s 5.5% ABV 

BLACKFROST – Oatmeal Milk Stout  Pale, caramel and chocolate malts along with oats and roasted barley provide a black roasty aroma and silkiness. While the late kettle additions of lactose(milk sugar) and nugget hops results in a sweet beginning and a slightly hoppy ending.  39.5 IBU’s 5.6% ABV

 INSTA-KARMA- Pilsner brewed with German Pilsen and Munich malts which provide a crisp and refreshing, though light bodied, malt sweetness. A delicate balance of spice and floral notes from the Northern Brewer and Saaz hops. 18 IBU's 5.1% ABV

1492 – American IPA A collaboration with AJ Ford of “Straight from the tap” blog.  Part of our single hop series, Columbus hops all the way, hence the name.  Kettle, Whirlpool and double dry hopped. 72 IBU’s 7.1% ABV

DARK DEACON -Doppelbock A tribute to "Triple D" for his commitment of time and effort to the flock. Referred to as "Liquid Bread" by the Monks who originally brewed this style. Munich, Caramel and Roasted malts create a rich lager characterized by a malty sweetness with a note of Saaz hop bitterness. 7.2% ABV 21.7 IBU's

Kurant Cider Earth  A crisp blend of fermented apple juice dry hopped with 100% Mosaic hops. The hop character is light and not overpowering. ABV: 5.8%
