JUST TAPPED DINKIN FLICKA-AMERICAN IPA 

Brewed with Pale, Wheat, Caramunich, Munich, and Cara-Pils malts. Double Dry Hopped with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Full-bodied with understated malt sweetness. Notes of Pine, Tropical and Citrus Fruits. Fermented with American Ale Yeast. ABV: 6.8% $7 16 oz

 

PRIOR RESTRAINT- WITBIER

Brewed with Pilsner Malt, Flaked Wheat, and a little Munich. Citra Hops. Boil additions of Orange Peel, Coriander, and Chamomile. Light and thirst quenching. Notes of lemon and water cracker.   Fermented with a Belgian Ale Yeast. A portion of the proceeds from each pint sold will be donated to our friends at the Dude Hates Cancer who do so much in the fight against blood cancer. The Dude Abides. ABV: 4.8% $6 16 oz

 

ONE LAST MIDNIGHT - AMERICAN STOUT

Brewed with Maris Otter, Roasted and Flaked Barley, Amber, Chocolate, and Black Malts. Hopped with Nugget and Centennial Hops. Robust roasted flavor up front fading to a lighter bittersweet chocolate finish. Fermented with an American Ale Yeast. 4.7% ABV $6 16 oz. 

 

THE SACRED AND PROFANE - ESB

Brewed with Oats, Maris Otter, Victory, Amber, and a blend of Crystal Malts. Hopped with Northern Brewer and East Kent Goldings. Deep Copper Color. Moderately Bitter. Earthy and Floral. Fermented with British Ale Yeast. 4.8%ABV $6 16 oz

 

STUCK ON THE PUZZLE- COFFEE MILD
Brewed with Maris Otter, Chocolate, and Caramel Malts. Single hopped with Fuggle. American and Ethiopian Espresso Beans were cold brewed and blended in during the conditioning phase. Hazy and Full-bodied. Semi sweet with Cocoa, Berry, and Citrus flavors. Smooth and creamy, reminiscent of your morning mocha. Fermented with British Ale Yeast. ABV: 4.4% $6 16oz. 

 

WAIT FOR THE MOMENT - DOUBLE IPA 

Brewed with 6 different types of malt and hopped liberally with Citra, Amarillo, and Nugget. This Double IPA is loaded with Citrus and Tropical flavors resulting in a crisp and juicy medium bodied brew. Intensely hopped, incredibly aromatic, and enjoyably dry. Fermented with American Ale Yeast. 8.1% ABV $7 12 oz

 

KINGS AND PAWNS – BELGIAN TRIPEL

Brewed with Pilsner, Aromatic, and Honey Malts. Hopped with Nugget, Tettnang, and Saaz Hops. Sweet Orange Peel added late to the boil. Spicy and floral hop character. Orange, Banana, and Bubble Gum flavor. Finishes smooth, dry, with some lingering heat. Fermented with a Belgian Abbey Ale Yeast. .  8.9% ABV $7 12 oz

 

Kurant Cider Earth

A crisp blend of fermented apple juice dry hopped with 100% Mosaic hops sourced from the Western United States. The Mosaic hops add a light citrus and melon character on top of the crisp notes found in the juice blend. The hop character is light and not overpowering. WHITE

2014 Pinot Gris – Produced in a French style, resulting in a full-bodied dry white wine with aromas of floral and orange peel.  11/5%ABV  

2013 Gruner Veltliner – An Austrian favorite, a cross between a Chardonnay and a Sauvignon Blanc.  Aromas of citrus, pear and flowers.  11%ABV  

 

RED

2014 Pinot Noir – Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months resulting in a decadent, light-bodied, full flavored red wine.  Hints of cherry fruit, supported by the flavors of mulling spices. 12.5%ABV  

2014 Estate Lemberger – Fine Lemberger grapes aged in Hungarian and American oak barrels for 12 months.  Retains its natural pepper flavors, but adds a suppleness of tannins from the oak barrel.  12.5%ABV
