JUST TAPPEDHATH NO FURY – Helles Lager   A traditional German Pale Lager. Brewed with German Noble Hops, Five different German malts and fermented with Bavarian yeast.  5.5% ABV     

JUST TAPPED!  ALL PAWNSPale Ale -  A smooth well balanced beer. Brewed with Pale malts and a variety of Caramel malts which impart a rich flavor and amber color. Use of Nugget and Cascade hops provide the fruity aromatic backbone to this beer.  5.6% ABV

MOTZILLA - IPA- Part of our single hop series, this IPA features New Zealand's Motueka. Pilsner, Vienna and Caramel malts blend nicely with the multiple kettle and dry hop additions. Providing first impressions of a lively fresh lime followed by a background of tropical fruit and lemon zest. Light and refreshing. 5.3% ABV

OFF THE CLOCK - Citrusy NEIPA, brewed with Maris Otter, Pilsner, Wheat malt, Honey malt and loads of Oats. Kettle and double dry hopped with the gold standard foursome of Columbus, Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic hops.   5.8% ABV

BROKEN HALO- BROWN ALE- A malty-sweet English Brown Ale with a nutty, toffee-like character. Brewed with all English Malts.......Maris Otter, Brown malt, Chocolate malt and Dark Crystal. Along with a light Fuggle hop aroma, this mild ale will go well with any of our smokehouse BBQ offerings. 5.3% ABV

SHATTERED – WHEAT PALE ALE  A collaboration with guest brewer, Joel Piazza. Brewed with Pilsner and Wheat malts, aggressively late kettle hopped and dry hopped with Mosaic and Galaxy. A light-bodied refreshing summer ale with herbal, tropical and passion fruit notes. ABV 5.5%

CIRCUS OF SOUR – BERLINER WEISSE Brewed in collaboration with Mike Herman of the Mainline Brewers Assoc., wort soured with lactobacillus prior to the addition of our American Ale yeast strain. Aggressively double dry hopped with Mosaic hops. A perfect sessionable beer to enjoy during these hot summer days.   ABV 3.9%  

HEAVY HEAD – “BARREL AGED” IMPERIAL BOURBON PORTER Brewed with Pilsner, Munich, Brown, Caramel and Chocolate malts. Aged for a month in Bourbon Oak barrels from Dad’s Hat Distillery, along with Bourbon Madagascar vanilla beans. A complex aroma of bourbon, oak, vanilla, caramel and chocolate. ABV 9.4%   

QUEEN B -  ENGLISH DOUBLE IPA  The Original India Pale Ale. Brewed with Maris Otter, Amber and Caramel malts. East Kent Golding hops and fermented with English Ale Yeast. ABV 7.7%

2013 Gruner Veltliner – An Austrian favorite, a cross between a Chardonnay and a Sauvignon Blanc.  Aromas of citrus, pear and flowers.  11% ABV   

2014 Pinot Gris - Produced in a French style, resulting in a full-bodied dry white wine with aromas of floral and orange peel. 11.5% ABV

RED

2014 Pinot Noir – Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months resulting in a decadent, light-bodied, full flavored red wine.  Hints of cherry fruit, supported by the flavors of mulling spices. 12.5% ABV
