Brewed with Pale and Cara-pils base malts, with a light helping of Roasted Barley and Beechwood smoked malt. East Kent Goldings and Fuggle Hops. Complex toasted caramel malt flavor. Easy drinking. Very mild floral hop presence. Enjoy a style rarely found this side of the pond. Fermented with American Ale Yeast. ABV: 3.3%   $5 16 oz. 

 

LOOK BACK AT IT – DOUBLE IPA

Brewed with a blend of base, wheat, and honey malts. Hopped liberally with Summit, Centennial, Amarillo, and Citra. Double Dry Hopped. Packed with complex hop flavor. Notes of Grapefruit, Orange, Melon, Grass, and Pine. Full Bodied and finishes dry. Fermented with American Ale Yeast. ABV: 9%  $7 12 oz.

 

FLARHGUNNSTOW-OKTOBERFEST

Brewed with Pilsner, Munich, Vienna, and Caramel Malts. Hopped with Northern Brewer and German Tettnang. Clean, rich, toasty, and bread complex malt flavor. Soft herbal and floral hop character. Crisp moderately-dry finish. Fermented with Bavarian Lager Yeast. ABV: 5.5% $6 16 oz

Brewed with Maris Otter, Munich, Aromatic, and Caramunich Malts. Hopped with Northern Brewer. Pumpkin Puree, Cinnamon, Ground Ginger, Brown Sugar, and Nutmeg? Part of it. Conditioned for a fortnight on an irresponsible amount of Bourbon Soaked Tahitian Vanilla Beans. Sweet malts dance with the blend of spices to get you ready for fall. Bone dry finish. ONE LAST MIDNIGHT - AMERICAN STOUT

Brewed with Maris Otter, Roasted and Flaked Barley, Amber, Chocolate, and Black Malts. Hopped with Nugget and Centennial Hops. Robust roasted flavor up front fading to a lighter bittersweet chocolate finish. Fermented with an American Ale Yeast. 4.7% ABV $6 16 oz. 

 

STUCK ON THE PUZZLE- COFFEE MILD
Brewed with Maris Otter, Chocolate, and Caramel Malts. Single hopped with Fuggle. American and Ethiopian Espresso Beans were cold brewed and blended in during the conditioning phase. Hazy and Full-bodied. Semi sweet with Cocoa, Berry, and Citrus flavors. Smooth and creamy, reminiscent of your morning mocha. Fermented with British Ale Yeast. ABV: 4.4% $6 16oz. 

 

HALFWAY TO THE MOON - SESSION IPA

Brewed with Pale, Crystal, and Cara-pils malts with a touch of red wheat. Hopped with Centennial, Simcoe, Chinook, and Columbus. Grassy and spicy meets citrus and pine. Bright and Medium Bodied. Clean and refreshing. Fermented with an American Ale Yeast. ABV: 5.2 % $6 16 oz

 

Kurant Cider Earth

A crisp blend of fermented apple juice dry hopped with 100% Mosaic hops sourced from the Western United States. The Mosaic hops add a light citrus and melon character on top of the crisp notes found in the juice blend. The hop character is light and not overpowering. WHITE

2014 Pinot Gris – Produced in a French style, resulting in a full-bodied dry white wine with aromas of floral and orange peel.  11/5%ABV  

2013 Gruner Veltliner – An Austrian favorite, a cross between a Chardonnay and a Sauvignon Blanc.  Aromas of citrus, pear and flowers.  11%ABV  

 

RED

2014 Pinot Noir – Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months resulting in a decadent, light-bodied, full flavored red wine.  Hints of cherry fruit, supported by the flavors of mulling spices. 12.5%ABV  

2014 Estate Lemberger – Fine Lemberger grapes aged in Hungarian and American oak barrels for 12 months.  Retains its natural pepper flavors, but adds a suppleness of tannins from the oak barrel.  12.5%ABV
