JUST TAPPED! ST. BRIGID – IRISH ALE She spoke of a lake of beer in heaven, we can only hope!
Brewed with Maris otter, Munich and caramel malts with a bit of roasted barley. Hopped with Bravo and
Fuggles and fermented with an Irish Ale Yeast. ABV: 5.6% $6 16 oz.
FLOODWATERS – HONEY IPA Whjle the floodwaters from our broken pipe were still receding, this was brewed with
Wildflower Honey supplied from our friends at Fruitwood Orchards and 6 different Malts. Hopped with Simcoe, Motueka,
Amarillo, and Mosaic. Fermented with an American Ale Yeast. ABV: 7.1%  $7 - 12 oz.
YOUNG & RESTLESS - BOHEMIAN PILSNER Brewed with Bohemian Pilsner, Carahell, and Munich Malts.
Hopped with Northern Brewer and Saaz. Traditional Czech Pils lagered to be light, crisp, refreshing.  ABV: 5.4% $6 16
MASTER OF MISCHIEF – AMERICAN PALE ALE Brewed with Pale and Munich Malts, and oodles of flaked
oats. Singularly hopped with a mountain of Mosaic Hops. Mango, Peach, Pine, and Berry hop notes rest on a bed of soft
and pillowy oats. Fermented with an American Ale Yeast. ABV: 5.4%  $6 16 oz
MYSTERIES OF THE HORIZON - BELGIAN DUBBEL Brewed with Maris Otter, Caramunich, Aromatic, and
Chocolate Malts. Hopped with Nugget, Fuggles, and Northern Brewer. Complex malts, esters of Plum and Dried Cherry,
floral hop characteristics. Fermented with a Belgian Abbey Ale Yeast. ABV: 7.6% $6 12 oz.  
NOISE PROVES NOTHING – AMERICAN IPA Brewed with Pale and Caramel malts with a healthy dose of Flaked
and White Wheat. Hopped with Columbus, Motueka, and Citra hops. Earthy Tropical Citrus Aromas. Moderate bitterness
that lingers on the palate. Fermented with American Ale Yeast. ABV: 6.8% $7 16 oz
ONE LAST MIDNIGHT – AMERICAN STOUT Brewed with Maris Otter, Roasted and Flaked Barley, Amber, Chocolate,
and Black Malts. Hopped with Nugget and Centennial Hops. Robust roasted flavor up front fading to a lighter bittersweet
chocolate finish. Fermented with an American Ale Yeast. ABV 4.7% $6 16 oz. 

Kurant Cider Earth  A crisp blend of fermented apple juice dry hopped with 100% Mosaic hops. The hop character is light
and not overpowering. ABV: 5.8% Sweetness: Dry  $6 12oz

2014 Pinot Gris – Produced in a French style, resulting in a full-bodied dry white wine with aromas of floral and orange peel.  11/5%ABV  

2013 Gruner Veltliner – An Austrian favorite, a cross between a Chardonnay and a Sauvignon Blanc.  Aromas of citrus, pear and flowers.  11%ABV  



2014 Pinot Noir – Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months resulting in a decadent, light-bodied, full flavored red wine.  Hints of cherry fruit, supported by the flavors of mulling spices. 12.5%ABV  

2014 Estate Lemberger – Fine Lemberger grapes aged in Hungarian and American oak barrels for 12 months.  Retains its natural pepper flavors, but adds a suppleness of tannins from the oak barrel.  12.5%ABV
