JUST TAPPED!  SCARLET'S RED-Red Rye IPA  Pale and Maris Otter along with three varieties of caramel malt provide the malty richness. Double Dry Hop additions of Amarillo yield a grapefruit, citrusy bouquet and a generous addition of rye malt allow for a spicy, tangy, crisp finish.  6.4% ABV  61 IBU's                                                         

BLACKFROST – Oatmeal Milk Stout  Pale, caramel and chocolate malts along with oats and roasted barley provide a black roasty aroma and silkiness. While the late kettle additions of lactose(milk sugar) and nugget hops results in a sweet beginning and a slightly hoppy ending. Perfect beer to cozy up to on these cold winter nights.  39.5 IBU’s 5.6% ABV 

NAROG’S NECTAR – New England IPA   A tribute to the “Inspiration”. This heavenly, hazy IPA was brewed with Pilsner, Pale Wheat and Honey Malt – loaded with flaked oats. Generously hopped and Double Dry Hopped with Columbus, Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. A collaboration with guest brewer Joel Piazza from Main Line Brewers Association. 70.5 IBU’s 6.9% ABV 

HELLO DARKNESS - Dunkelweizen    Brewed from 50% wheat and chocolate wheat malt and 50% barley.......a mix of Pilsner, Munich, Vienna and Caramelized malts which lend a deep color as well as notes of chocolate, bread and caramel. A typical Bavarian dark wheat beer, low bitterness with a touch of sweetness and an aroma of bananas and cloves. 14.3 IBU’s ABV 4.6%

 MOONHAZE DAYDREAM – NE IPA  …A “sessional version” - hazy and citrusy. A mix of Pilsner and Pale Ale base malts with loads of oats. Wheat and honey malts with a touch of Victory malt provide a subtle finish. Kettle and double dry hopped with Galaxy, Citrus and Amarillo hops.  31.5 IBU’s ABV 5.6%  

HATH NO FURY – Helles Lager   A traditional German Pale Lager. Brewed with German Noble Hops, Five different German malts and fermented with Bavarian yeast.  27.7 IBUS’s ABV  5.5%

ALL PAWNSPale Ale -  A smooth well balanced beer. Brewed with Pale malts and a variety of Caramel malts which impart a rich flavor and amber color. Use of Nugget and Cascade hops provide the fruity aromatic backbone to this beer.  36.6 IBU’s 5.6% ABV

MOTZILLA - IPA- Part of our single hop series, this IPA features New Zealand's Motueka. Pilsner, Vienna and Caramel malts blend nicely with the multiple kettle and dry hop additions. Providing first impressions of a lively fresh lime followed by a background of tropical fruit and lemon zest. Light and refreshing. 47.6 IBU’s  5.3% ABV

QUEEN B -  ENGLISH DOUBLE IPA  The Original India Pale Ale. Brewed with Maris Otter, Amber and Caramel malts. East Kent Golding hops and fermented with English Ale Yeast. 56.7 IBU’s ABV 7.7%

2013 Gruner Veltliner – An Austrian favorite, a cross between a Chardonnay and a Sauvignon Blanc.  Aromas of citrus, pear and flowers.  11% ABV   

2014 Pinot Gris - Produced in a French style, resulting in a full-bodied dry white wine with aromas of floral and orange peel. 11.5% ABV

RED

2014 Pinot Noir – Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months resulting in a decadent, light-bodied, full flavored red wine.  Hints of cherry fruit, supported by the flavors of mulling spices. 12.5% ABV
