JUST TAPPED! “PHLYING A” NEIPA--Azacca and Amarillo hops are prominently featured with a bit of Simcoe riding the tailwinds. This combination imparts intense tropical fruit and citrus character spritzed with lemon and shavings of grapefruit and tangerines. 7.2% ABV 18 IBU's

 INSTA-KARMA- Pilsner brewed with German Pilsen and Munich malts which provide a crisp and refreshing, though light bodied, malt sweetness. A delicate balance of spice and floral notes from the Northern Brewer and Saaz hops. 18 IBU's 5.1% ABV

Sloppy Chopper -  Barrel Aged Belgian Quad with Peach and Coriander. 10%ABV 28.2 IBUs  

1492 – American IPA A collaboration with AJ Ford of “Straight from the tap” blog.  Part of our single hop series, Columbus hops all the way, hence the name.  Kettle, Whirlpool and double dry hopped. 72 IBU’s 7.1% ABV

EM & EM-NEIPA   Motueka and Mosaic hopped. Motueka’s fresh lime followed by a background of tropical fruit and lemon zest meld perfectly with Mosaic’s mango, citrusy, and fresh pine notes. Fermented with English Ale Yeast. 26.4 IBU’s  6.2% ABV

 HATH NO FURY – Helles Lager   A traditional German Pale Lager. Brewed with German Noble Hops, Five different German malts and fermented with Bavarian yeast.  27.7 IBUS’s 5.5% ABV 

Lil G - GOSE- The original sour, dating to the 15th century in Goslar, a town in Eastern Germany. Brewed with salted water similar to the high salinity of the river Gose. Kettle soured with lactobacillus and spiced with coriander. Offering a refreshing sour, salty and tart finish. ABV 4.1% 11 IBU’s

RASBERRY GOSE- Small batch, fruit additions

 SAWMILL SAISON- Brewed in Farmhouses during the cooler months in French speaking region of Belgium and stored until summer for consumption by seasonal workers(saisoniers). A soft malt character with hints of cloves and banana flavors from the Belgian yeast and English noble hops. ABV 7.6%  22 IBUs 

BREWERS SELECT - BRYN MAWR’S ESB  ...  Classic British style pale ale, brewed with Maris Otter, Medium Crystal and Amber malt.   Offering a smooth biscuity malt profile balanced with a subtle East Kent Golding hop presence. 34.3 IBU's  5.4% ABV

ST. BRIGID – IRISH ALE      She spoke of a lake of beer in heaven, we can only hope!  Brewed with Maris otter, Munich and caramel malts with a bit of roasted barley.  Hopped with Bravo and Fuggles and fermented with an Irish Ale Yeast.  24.4 IBU’s  5.9% ABV

Kurant Cider Earth  A crisp blend of fermented apple juice dry hopped with 100% Mosaic hops. The hop character is light and not overpowering. ABV: 5.8%
