JUST TAPPED!  FACEPLANT-   Brewed in the classic English Strong Ale/Barleywine tradition  Part of our Barrel Aged Series. This dark reddish brown ale imparts a sweet malty character with a warm finish. Oak character enhanced by 8 weeks of aging in our Dad's Hat Rye Whiskey barrels.  8.2% ABV   52.7 IBU’s   

 ST. BRIGID – IRISH ALE      She spoke of a lake of beer in heaven, we can only hope!  Brewed with Maris otter, Munich and caramel malts with a bit of roasted barley.  Hopped with Bravo and Fuggles and fermented with an Irish Ale Yeast.  24.4 IBU’s  5.9% ABV

EM & EM-NEIPA   Motueka and Mosaic hopped. Motueka’s fresh lime followed by a background of tropical fruit and lemon zest meld perfectly with Mosaic’s mango, citrusy, and fresh pine notes. Fermented with English Ale Yeast. 26.4 IBU’s  6.2% ABV

VILLY-VIENNA LAGER  An amber lager brewed with Pilsen, Vienna, Munich and Caramel malts using a combination of Northern Brewer and Saaz hops. Resulting in a crisp quality with a toasty flavor and residual caramel like sweetness. 23.3 IBU’s  5.3% ABV

BRYN MAWR BITTER-ESB  ...  Classic British style pale ale, brewed with Maris Otter, Medium Crystal and Amber malt.   Offering a smooth biscuity malt profile balanced with a subtle East Kent Golding hop presence. 34.3 IBU's  5.4% ABV

DEUCES ARE WILD-NEIPA  A hazy, juicy New England Double IPA bittered, flavored and double dry hopped with American hops.....Citra, Simcoe and Centennial. 26.4 IBU's  6.7% ABV

SCARLET'S RED-Red Rye IPA  Pale and Maris Otter along with three varieties of caramel malt provide the malty richness. Double Dry Hop additions of Amarillo yield a grapefruit, citrusy bouquet and a generous addition of rye malt allow for a spicy, tangy, crisp finish.  6.4% ABV  61 IBU's                                                      

BLACKFROST – Oatmeal Milk Stout  Pale, caramel and chocolate malts along with oats and roasted barley provide a black roasty aroma and silkiness. While the late kettle additions of lactose(milk sugar) and nugget hops results in a sweet beginning and a slightly hoppy ending. Perfect beer to cozy up to on these cold winter nights.  39.5 IBU’s 5.6% ABV

HELLO DARKNESS - Dunkelweizen    Brewed from 50% wheat and chocolate wheat malt and 50% barley.......a mix of Pilsner, Munich, Vienna and Caramelized malts which lend a deep color as well as notes of chocolate, bread and caramel. A typical Bavarian dark wheat beer, low bitterness with a touch of sweetness and an aroma of bananas and cloves. 14.3 IBU’s ABV

Kurant Cider Earth  A crisp blend of fermented apple juice dry hopped with 100% Mosaic hops. The hop character is light and not overpowering. ABV: 5.8%

2013 Gruner Veltliner – An Austrian favorite, a cross between a Chardonnay and a Sauvignon Blanc.  Aromas of citrus, pear and flowers.  11% ABV   

2014 Pinot Gris - Produced in a French style, resulting in a full-bodied dry white wine with aromas of floral and orange peel. 11.5% ABV


2014 Pinot Noir – Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months resulting in a decadent, light-bodied, full flavored red wine.  Hints of cherry fruit, supported by the flavors of mulling spices. 12.5% ABV
