JUST TAPPED!  SAWMILL SAISON- Brewed in Farmhouses during the cooler months in French speaking region of Belgium and stored until summer for consumption by seasonal workers(saisoniers). A soft malt character with hints of cloves and banana flavors from the Belgian yeast and English noble hops. ABV 7.6%  22 IBUs 

 ECHO CHAMBER – NEIPA  Hazy and citrusy. Pale Ale base malt with loads of oats, flaked and malted Wheat, Honey malts with a touch of Caramel malt and lactose provide a subtle finish. Kettle and double dry hopped with Chinook, Citrus and Amarillo hops. 7.4% ABV  24.1 IBU’s     

DARK DEACON - Doppelbock  A tribute to "Triple D" for his commitment of time and effort to the flock. Referred to as "Liquid Bread" by the Monks who originally brewed this style. Munich, Caramel and Roasted malts create a rich lager characterized by a malty sweetness with a note of Saaz hop bitterness. 7.2% ABV  21.7 IBU's

TENCENT- An American IPA brewed with Pale and Vienna malts , rounded out with caramel and roasted malts. Almost ten pounds of Centennial hops used during kettle and double dry hop additions produce a citrus aroma with pronounced lemon notes and some floral qualities.  6.7% ABV    48.2 IBU's

 ST. BRIGID – IRISH ALE      She spoke of a lake of beer in heaven, we can only hope!  Brewed with Maris otter, Munich and caramel malts with a bit of roasted barley.  Hopped with Bravo and Fuggles and fermented with an Irish Ale Yeast.  24.4 IBU’s  5.9% ABV

VILLY-VIENNA LAGER  An amber lager brewed with Pilsen, Vienna, Munich and Caramel malts using a combination of Northern Brewer and Saaz hops. Resulting in a crisp quality with a toasty flavor and residual caramel like sweetness. 23.3 IBU’s  5.3% ABV

CIRCUS OF SOUR – BERLINER WEISSE Brewed in collaboration with Mike Herman of the Mainline Brewers Assoc., wort soured with lactobacillus prior to the addition of our American Ale yeast strain. Aggressively double dry hopped with Mosaic hops. A perfect session-able beer to enjoy during these hot summer days.   ABV 3.9%   

 BRYN MAWR BITTER-ESB  ...  Classic British style pale ale, brewed with Maris Otter, Medium Crystal and Amber malt.   Offering a smooth biscuity malt profile balanced with a subtle East Kent Golding hop presence. 34.3 IBU's  5.4% ABV

SCARLET'S RED-Red Rye IPA  Pale and Maris Otter along with three varieties of caramel malt provide the malty richness. Double Dry Hop additions of Amarillo yield a grapefruit, citrusy bouquet and a generous addition of rye malt allow for a spicy, tangy, crisp finish.  6.4% ABV  61 IBU's                                                 

ALL PAWNSPale Ale -  A smooth well balanced beer. Brewed with Pale malts and a variety of Caramel malts which impart a rich flavor and amber color. Use of Nugget and Cascade hops provide the fruity aromatic backbone to this beer.  36.6 IBU’s 5.6% ABV

Bourbon Barrel Aged – Coffee Porter

SHATTERED - WHEAT PALE ALE A collaboration with guest brewer, Joel Piazza. Brewed with Pilsner and Wheat malts, aggressively late kettle hopped and dry hopped with Mosaic and Galaxy. A light bodied refreshing summer ale with herbal, tropical and passion fruit notes. ABV 5.5%
