JUST TAPPED!  DOSIS STOLZ FESTBIER- Pride of the Deutschland. This OKTOBERFEST was brewed in the classic Marzen style. A malty, amber lager of the old world tradition. Six different German malts, German noble hops and, of course, fermented with Bavarian yeast.  6.4% ABV

TAINTED LOVE SUMMER ALE      A Belgian Wit bier brewed with equal amounts of Belgian Chateau Pale Ale and Wheat Blanc malts. Spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel, this refreshing summer ale provides a mixture of clove and fruity aromas with the smoothness and cloudy appearance of a traditional wheat beer. ABV 4.5%

SHATTERED – WHEAT PALE ALE  A collaboration with guest brewer, Joel Piazza. Brewed with Pilsner and Wheat malts, aggressively late kettle hopped and dry hopped with Mosaic and Galaxy. A light-bodied refreshing summer ale with herbal, tropical and passion fruit notes. ABV 5.5%

HEAD GAMES-NE IPA  A hazy, juicy IPA that carries big fruity aromas of passion fruit, apricot, grapefruit and lemon with some bitterness from kettle boil additions of Summit hops and grapefruit zest. Whirl pooled and double dry hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe hops. 5.8% ABV

CIRCUS OF SOUR – BERLINER WEISSE Brewed in collaboration with Mike Herman of the Mainline Brewers Assoc., wort soured with lactobacillus prior to the addition of our American Ale yeast strain. Aggressively double dry hopped with Mosaic hops. A perfect sessionable beer to enjoy during these hot summer days.   ABV 3.9%  

MOONHAZE DAYDREAM – NORTHEAST IPA   Brewed in the traditional New England IPA style…hazy and citrusy, but we prefer “Northeast IPA”. A mix of Pilsner and Pale Ale base malts with loads of oats. Wheat and honey malts with a touch of Victory malt provide a subtle finish. Kettle and double dry hopped with Galaxy, Citrus and Amarillo hops.  ABV 7.7%    

THREE C'S – AMERICAN DOUBLE IPA. Brewed with Pilsner and Caramel Malts in collaboration with Eric Hartline from the Havertown "Brew Your Own Beer" shop. Kettle hopped and double dry hopped with the three c's............Columbus, Cascade and Citra. Brewed with Pilsner, Munich, Brown, Caramel and Chocolate malts. Aged for a month in Bourbon Oak barrels from Dad’s Hat Distillery, along with Bourbon Madagascar vanilla beans. A complex aroma of bourbon, oak, vanilla, caramel and chocolate. ABV 9.4% 

HOWL FOR PREYBLACK IPA Brewed with Pale, Vienna, Caramel, Chocolate, and Chocolate Wheat Malts with a healthy dose of Flaked Oats. Kettle hopped and Dry Hopped with Summit, Chinook, Centennial, and Amarillo. Complex Velvety Chocolate Flavor meets Spicy Citrus and Evergreen Hop characteristics. Fermented with American Ale Yeast. ABV 8.3%
