Brewed with Maris Otter, Caramunich, Aromatic, and Chocolate Malts. Hopped with Nugget, Fuggles, and Northern Brewer. Complex malts, esters of Plum and Dried Cherry, floral hop characteristics. Fermented with a Belgian Abbey Ale Yeast. ABV: 7.6% $6 12 oz

HOWL FOR PREY - BLACK IPA

Brewed with Pale, Vienna, Caramel, Chocolate, and Chocolate Wheat malts with a healthy dose of Flaked Oats. Kettle Hopped and Dry Hopped with Summit, Chinook, Centennial, and Amarillo. Complex Velvety Chocolate Flavor meets Spicy citrus and evergreen hop characteristics. Fermented with American Ale Yeast. ABV 8.3% $7 16 oz  

TRUTH AND LIES - HONEY WHEAT

Brewed with Pale and Wheat Malts with a touch caramel and aromatic malts. Lightly hopped with Northern Brewer and Fuggles. Loads of wildflower honey added to the brew thanks to our friends at Fruitwood Orchards. Refreshing. Banana and clove yeast character with a hint of vanilla. Fermented with Bavarian Yeast. Brewed with Pale and Cara-pils base malts, with a light helping of Roasted Barley and Beechwood smoked malt. East Kent Goldings and Fuggle Hops. Complex toasted caramel malt flavor. Easy drinking. Very mild floral hop presence. Enjoy a style rarely found this side of the pond. Fermented with American Ale Yeast. ABV: 3.3%   $5 16 oz.

PRIOR RESTRAINT-WITBIER

Brewed with Pilsner Malt, Flaked Wheat, and a little Munich. Citra Hops. Additions of Orange Peel, Coriander, and Chamomile. Light and thirst quenching. Notes of lemon and water cracker. Fermented with a Belgian Ale Yeast.  ABV: 4.8% $6 16 oz.  

Kurant Cider Earth

A crisp blend of fermented apple juice dry hopped with 100% Mosaic hops sourced from the Western United States. The Mosaic hops add a light citrus and melon character on top of the crisp notes found in the juice blend. The hop character is light and not overpowering. ABV: 5.8% Sweetness: Dry  $6 12oz
